How it works

Three steps. No pressure.

  1. 1

    Tell us the basics

Goals, timing, and constraints. Takes about a minute on the waitlist.

  2. 2

    Get a shortlist

If we have a partner path that fits, we come back with options — not a hard sell.

  3. 3

    Intro + full-service help

We help with the English handoff and the hard stuff around it — visa path, what to expect in China, and getting to/from camp. You still choose.

Full-service support

We help with the hard stuff.

Matching is only the start. Once there’s a fit, we stay in the loop on the practical pieces most people get stuck on.

China visa path

Help connecting you with a workable Chinese visa route for your situation — not a black-box “just figure it out.”

Travel expectations

Straight briefing on what arriving and moving around in China is actually like, so the trip feels planned instead of chaotic.

Door-to-camp transport

Help arranging transportation to and from your specific program — the messy middle that usually breaks first-time travelers.

Meds & practical logistics

Help thinking through practical questions like traveling with weight-loss medications (e.g. Ozempic) into China — what to check, what to ask, and what not to assume. Not medical advice; rules and personal circumstances vary.

FAQ

Straight answers

What is China Fat Prison?

An English-speaking matching and logistics bridge. We connect international clients with independent Chinese weight-loss camps, then help with the hard parts around the trip. The name is blunt on purpose — the camps are disciplined, not luxury spas.

Do you run the camps?

No. Partner camps are independent operators. We research, match, help with English intros, and support travel logistics. They run their own programs, staff, and facilities.

What support do you actually provide?

Beyond matching: help with a Chinese visa path, advising on what to expect when traveling to China, arranging transport to and from your specific program, and practical logistics questions — including whether / how people typically handle traveling with weight-loss medications like Ozempic. We’re full-service on the coordination side; camps still run the program itself.

Do you guarantee weight loss?

No. Results vary by person, program, health, and effort. We never promise a specific number on the scale.

Is this medical advice or treatment?

No. We are not a clinic, hospital, or telehealth service. Logistics help around medications is practical guidance only — not a prescription, not clinical advice, and not a guarantee you can bring a specific drug into China. If you have health conditions or take medications, talk to a clinician and check current entry rules before any intensive program or trip.

How much do camps usually cost?

It depends on the camp, timing, and what’s available. Chinese weight-loss camps are widely known for serious, highly effective structured programs — and for being far more affordable than comparable stays in the West. We’ll share current ballparks only when there’s a real option that fits — no generic price list, because rates move. Individual results still vary; we don’t guarantee outcomes.

What happens after I join the waitlist?

You’re on file. When we have a partner path that could fit, we follow up. No spam blasts, no obligation to book.
